Auto dish-serving system at Hai Di Lao Northshore Plaza, Singapore

Tokyo, Japan – Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd. today announced the delivery of Auto dish-serving system, which is supplied by Beijing Ying Hai Smart Automation Science and Technology Ltd., a joint venture between Haidilao and Panasonic.

Beijing Ying Hai Smart Automation Science and Technology Ltd., a joint venture between Haidilao International Holding Ltd. and Panasonic Holding Corporation delivered the Auto dish-serving system to Hai Di Lao Hot Pot restaurant at Northshore Plaza in Singapore which opened on 4^th April 2022, which is the first installation case outside of China.

Panasonic Connect Asia, a regional company of Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd., is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the auto dish-serving system. Panasonic Connect Asia also installed projection mapping systems, using 8 units of Panasonic projectors.

Beijing Ying Hai has supplied a one-stop autonomous solution of design, installation, and maintenance by recognising customer needs and operation processes. Standardised systems already deployed in restaurants in China have been delivered, including a robot arm system, which customers can see moving to pick up and cater dishes in several flagship restaurants in Beijing and Shanghai.  

Recently Beijing Ying Hai re-evaluated not only equipment but the whole supply chain process and delivered a new Auto dish-serving system with advanced durability in Hai Di Lao @Northshore Plaza, Singapore. The new system eliminates expired food supplied by using RFID tags that have evolved from 3 years of experience. Customers can see the robot arms picking the plates through the glass window at the restaurant.

Panasonic Connect Asia, supplied the installation and maintenance of the auto dish-serving system, and has also delivered a fully integrated turnkey projection mapping solution with 8 units of Panasonic Projectors. Panasonic was involved from the designing stage, to propose and deliver a suitable projection mapping solution with content creation, video streaming and installation.

Beijing Ying Hai and Panasonic aim to develop more advanced autonomous solutions to resolve customers’ operational issues and contribute to both the safety of food and business efficiency.
